Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and record medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and report any changes to the medical team.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive healthcare practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and equipment.
- Coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments.
- Ensure a clean and safe clinical environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Proven experience as a clinic nurse or in a similar healthcare role.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare software.
