Customer Service Representative – Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer experience.
  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and services.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
