Virtual Assistant – Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to emails and communications.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Conduct research and compile data as requested.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
  • Coordinate with team members and provide support for ongoing projects.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support business operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
